How do I sign in to my dashboard to view all my requirements?


You will be issued a unique pin comprising of numbers and letters (this is no caps sensitive) by your site representative or company admin. You can sign into your dashboard at www.gpluslive.com.au/my using your pin.

 

What if I forget my pin? 

If you forget your pin you can use the recover pin on the landing page to have it resent to your phone or email.

 

What if my Recover Pin doesn't work? 

If one of the recovery options does not work, please try the other as there may be an error in your contact details. If this is the case, once you have signed in please go to your profile and check and amend as necessary.

If neither work contact the site or GPlus Live.

Only applicable for Employees when subscribed to PEM

‘My Equipment’ shows all your favourite equipment first, then by selecting the ‘All Equipment’ button you will be able to gain access to all the sites equipment by either searching or via register information.

My Repairs

My Repairs

Only applicable for Employees when subscribed to PEM

When you have been assigned maintenance repairs the ‘My Repairs’ button will appear for you to review the details and either pass and fail items (or mark them as cannot complete if applicable)

Only applicable for Employees when subscribed to PEM

When you have been assigned maintenance repairs the ‘My Maintenance’ button will appear for you to review the details and either pass or fail items.

My Workorders

My Workorders

Only applicable for Contractors when subscribed to PEM

When a contracting company has been requested to complete either services or repairs, an appointed supervisors is alerts and are required to assign the work to a contracting employee.

When this assigned contracting employee has been appointed a ‘My Work Orders’ button will appear.

My Profile

Contains all your details and access to Documents, SWMS, Induction, Training and VoCs. See below for more details on each of these items.

My Documents

You may be requested to supply specific documentation to fulfill your role.

When you have been requested to supply information the ‘My Document’ button will appear on your home page, select to complete the request and upload the document.

Once all documents have been uploaded, the My Document button will disappear from the Home Page but is always accessible from your ‘My Profile’ button.

Employees

Depending on your role or requirements on site, you may be requested to review and complete Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).

When requested the ‘My SWMS’ button will appear on your Home Page. Select this button, download and review the supplied SWMS and complete the assessment questions if requested.

Tick to declare understanding, electronically sign and save. This SWMS will be sent back to the Site Supervisor or SSE to review and sign.

At any stage, you can view your completed SWMS under the ‘My Profile’.

Contractor

Depending on your role or requirements on site, you may be requested to review and complete SWMS.

When requested the ‘My SWMS’ button will appear on your Home Page. Select this button, download and review the supplied SWMS. Either complete the assessment or upload a contractor-specific SWMS to be reviewed and approved by the Site Supervisor or SSE.

If reviewing and completing the in-sites supplied SWMS, please complete the assessment questions. Tick to declare understanding of the SWMS, electronically sign and save.

This SWMS will be sent back to the Site Supervisor or SSE to review and sign.

At any stage, you can view your completed SWMS under the ‘My Profile’. Both internal SWMS and contractor SWMS will be visible. 

My Inductions

My Inductions

You will be required to complete an induction to fulfill your role on site.

When required to complete an induction, your Dashboard Home Page will show the ‘My Induction’ button when required to complete or complete.

Select the My Induction button. Complete each induction module. Inductions can be timed and will not let you progress. If you fail an assessment you will be required to review the induction module material again.

My Training

My Training

Only applies to employees

When requested you may be required to complete training via a third party or with the GPlus Live system. You will notice the ‘My Training’ button will appear, complete the required prompts.

 VoC Certificates

My VoC Certificates

Only applies to employees

By providing documentation and completing training your company may have set up verification of competency via GPlus Live. If this has occurred, the ‘VoC Certificates’ will appear, review and sign. Once all parties have signed you will be issues a certificate.

Health and Safety Documents

EMPLOYEE ONLY

If your company is subscribed to the Health and Safety Module your MyDashboard will have a shortcut to access to the company’s Health and Safety System.

When completing a pre-start and you create a defect, all those created defects are stored with the ‘My Defects’ button for you to keep an eye on the repair process.

Emergency Incidents can be created via the MyDashboard. When selected you will be requested to enter in your 6-digit code and two-factor authorisation.

The system when then switch to Emergency mood.

Site procedures will be issued from site management and need to be reviewed, signed off and may have some assessment to be completed. Once this is done, site management will sign off on the Procedure. The user can access approved procedures at any time from their profile.
